I’m so excited to share with you that the new system for handling appearances that I’ve been telling you about is scheduled to go live next week.
I know how precious your time is and this new system was created with that in mind. One of the many ways I believe you’ll enjoy the new system is that you’ll no longer have to email me and wait for me to get back to you to find out if your case is covered. Now, all you have to do is enter your appearance request into the new system and your request will instantly go directly to the attorneys best qualified to handle your appearance!
Even if you and I have already worked together in the past, you’ll need to register with the new system in order to be able to use it. It will only take a few minutes of your time and once you register in the system you’ll never have to do it again. The next time you’d like an appearance covered by one of our trustworthy attorneys, please follow these simple steps:
1. Please complete the “Book Attorney Now” form and then register yourself with our new system.
2. Provide your payment information. (Note that you’ll only need to provide this once and your card will not be charged until AFTER you receive your appearance report.)
3. Within 60 minutes we’ll confirm coverage of your appearance by email. Once coverage is confirmed, you’ll then be invited to provide your instructions for the appearance. You’ll also be able to communicate directly with the appearing attorney.
4. On the date of the appearance, you will be emailed a detailed report. Your card will be charged and you’ll have the option to hire us again for the adjourned date, if applicable. (Note that any case information you provide will stay attached to that case. You won’t need to provide it again for future appearances!)
If you have any questions or thoughts about how this system can be most beneficial to you and your law firm, I’d love to hear them. My goal is to make this transition to the new system as easy for you as possible. The new system has many benefits and I’m excited for you to enjoy them.
Best, Tracey Steinberg, Esq.
